Daniele Venturini joined law firm “Conte & Giacomini Avvocati” on the 2013, working mainly in the field of corporate criminal law, with particular reference to environmental criminal law, occupational safety regulations, criminal bankruptcy law and crimes against public faith. He has also gained experience in the area of administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, both advising in the preparation of organizational models and directly assisting companies under investigation.

In the year 2015, he attended the II Level Master’s degree in “Corporate Criminal Law” at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where he discussed the thesis “Environmental Liability in the light of the Introduction in the Criminal Code of the New so-called Ecoreati”.
In March 2021, he obtained the II Level Master’s degree in “The New Privacy Professionals DPO (Data Protection Officer): The Data Protection Officer and Privacy Specialists” with the thesis “Administrative Sanctions and Offenses after GDPR. The Importance of Compliance.”
In December 2022, passing the final exam, he attended the “Specialization Course for Supervisory Officers under Legislative Decree 231/01,” organized by the Italian Association of Internal Auditors and the Association of Members of Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He is fluent in English, thanks also to a period of study carried out through the Erasmus Project at the “University of Malta,” the achievement at multiple levels of the “Trinity College London” certificate and participation in “Intensive English” courses at the “Malta University Language School” and “Legal English” courses organized by the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
